A similar resolution got only 37 Democrat support, two years ago.. Now the number is 103. The difference is Ayatollah Mamdani. He is now the patriot of the Democrat party, duly ordained by the Communist Bernie Sanders. Without the support and endorsement of Ayatollah Mamdani, one's future in the Democrat party is dim. Presidential candidate like Kamala Harris is waiting at his doorstep to get his endorsement. Whoever gets his endorsement will be the party's nominee in 2028.

Sunil, it has nothing to do Mamdani. Younger voters in the US have a largely negative opinion of Israel, showing a major split from older generations. Israel is a racist country. Systematic discrimination against Israeli Arabs, Christians, Druze, and other minorities like Bedouins, Circassians, and Arameans on a daily basis regardless of what American Jewish Committee’s propaganda. The United States provides Israel with a baseline of $3.8 billion annually in military aid under a 10-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) running from 2019 through 2028. Historically, Israel is the largest cumulative recipient of U.S. foreign aid since World War II, taking in over $300 billion (adjusted for inflation) in total assistance. Indirectly Israel gets additional billions from the US. Israel uses this money to expand jewish settlements encroaching Palestinian’s land.( This is the root problem) Why would jews born and raised in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, UK and few other countries goes and grab Palestinian’s land all in the name of ALIYAH and collects incentives like, subsidized housing, tax breaks, infrastructure grants, business subsidies and child stipends- all on American tax payers money? where is fairness?

Since 1948, America has been pouring billions of taxpayer Dollars to Israel- initially to integrate the immigrants and then for other purposes including military. We - irrespective of which party politically controlled- treated them like it is our own. The billions are not repayable. When did we get in return? Netanyahu, disregarding even Trump, continued killing the civilians in Gaza and Lebanon. It is high time to reconsider our continued dumping US taxpayer Dollars in Israel.
