Unfortunately Adoor Prakash is neither a charismatic nor a formidable leader in Kerala Politics . He happened to be an MLA/ MP/ Minister on the basis of several factors including communal considerations. His latest ambition to be a member of Kerala Legislative Assembly and eventually a minister was turned down by AICC. He has now begun criticizing the present Government, seemingly driven by vested interests. Taking his grievances to the media instead of raising it in the appropriate forum is improper and irresponsible. If he is not comfortable or if he feels that he is being overlooked, it is the time for him to step aside and let someone else serve as the UDF convenor.
