Yes, immigration was discussed again by the same people who once questioned it. Was it an important issue in America today? Perhaps it is the most important issue today. Several questions were asked about this topic. No one answered straight. Nevertheless, it is a defining feature of our day-to-day lives. Yes, most of the illegals are hard-working. Obviously, some did some stupid things, resulting in an image painted with a broad brush. There can be a humanitarian way to deal with this issue. I expressed my step-by-step thoughts on this matter earlier. Basically, what I told them was to give them a chance to become legal. Most people came to this country legally by following existing laws and rules. Now, the aspiring people who want to stay here and work must declare themselves as illegally entered this country. There are two ways to approach this issue: 1. I took several risks to be here, so I must be rewarded. 2. I am here, and I like to work and stay to help my family. How can I get that permission? Number one will be an easy pass to deportation. Number 2 would be a workable way if the government made some provisions to accommodate these desperate people. If these people have a clean slate, their request must be considered on a humanitarian basis. Anyone with a criminal background is not in this equation. Again, America is a great country that appreciates and encourages people who work hard and play by the rules. Honoring the men’s hockey team is a clear example of what America is all about. What a beautiful gesture! No one knows the political affiliations of these players. Regardless, they were all American players honored by the President of the United States. Whether we like ice hockey or not, it was an amazing scene in the nation’s capital. Standing patriotically during the National Anthem and bringing their medals to America is a "goose-bump" making experience. They have shown the proper American spirit. Let us not forget that there was a women’s soccer team that refused to come to the White House because of someone’s political clash. I don’t know what happened to the women’s hockey team. The rumor is that they had scheduling conflicts. Regardless, this would have been a great opportunity for them to show their gold medals to the people. They deserve equal recognition as the men’s team. We all should be proud of these men and women. In our little Malayalee world, there are a few who are highly dissatisfied with the current administration, mostly due to hatred of the name “Trump.” Sadly, some people take that stand. Some even thought that he was after money. Was he really? If he were, he would not have to take this job. Also, why is he donating his salary? It would be nice if you could do some research before writing nonsense. He was directly responsible for giving $1776 to each serviceman and woman. The people who tried to catch President Trump in connection with the Epstein files were terribly disappointed. I believe Kash Patel is wrong in firing 10 FBI agents. These agents were obeying an order by their boss Jack Smith. These agents are not to decide the politics involved here. They do not have the right to study and decide whether these orders are legal or not. Jack Smith was wrong, wrong, wrong. Now Kash Patel is also wrong.
