I wrote something about immigrants and their plight. There were certain conditions. I will post that again. Then I have some other amendments to that. So, here it is: Now, I am going to touch on a topic from a humanitarian perspective. This is about immigration. We all know that there were a lot of illegal immigrants in this country because of the failed policies of the previous administration. The ones with criminal backgrounds must be deported immediately. And the administration is working hard to make sure that this goal is achieved. Let us look at the others who are here. These people who went through a lot of trouble to come here. Instead of sending them back, why not give them a chance to be in this country legally? To do this, they must register, acknowledging their illegal status. Then give them a choice to go back to their country and wait for their chance. Those who do not comply must be deported without any possibility of return to this country. Give them a deadline to register. I believe they will register because they have nothing to lose. This will also allow the stressed-out ICE agents to focus on their mission. Remember, these agents are human beings with families. Many of them do their job because that is their only job. America is a great country. Fortunately, we have a president who understands the people and knows how to run this great nation. I was against this proposal before because I knew how difficult it was for me to get permission to stay in this country and how easy for some people to get that permission. This is not a sign of weakness rather a sign of strength. As an added level of precaution, these people will be on probation for a certain time ( to be determined). During this time, any violation of the laws of this country will automatically qualify these people to be deported without any chance of reentry. This is just a suggestion. As a senior and retired person, I feel privileged to express my opinion. And I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to live in this country. I also realize the fact that there are a lot of people who have no shame in biting the hands that feed them. Now, America is aggressively trying to find where the illegals are and taking steps to deport them. No question that is the right thing to do. So many of the ICE agents are working to accomplish this goal. This is a very expensive process. With that process in place and President Trump having three more years in the White House, the future of these illegals is very bleak. So, most people who belong to this category are in a dilemma. Staying here without any possibility of a better life or going back to their own country. Currently, the incentive is that they get $ 1000 and a free plane ticket back to their country. Now, America can do a better deal for these people. Allow them 1500 dollars if they leave within the next three months. If they don’t take that chance, the amount goes down to $1000 for the next three months. Those who still stick around will get only $ 750 for the next quarter. Then it becomes $ 500 for the following quarter and so on. If this works out, it will be a win-win situation for both the people and America. എങ്ങനെയാണ് ജോസേ, ഒരു വ്യക്തി ഈ രാജ്യത്തേക്ക് അനധികൃതമായി കടന്നു വരുന്നത് at the first place??? ആദ്യം ആ വഴി വേണം ബന്ധവസ്സാക്കാൻ. വേണ്ടേ?. ഒരു രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ അതിർത്തി ആരാണ് കാക്കേണ്ടത്??? ഇവിടെ ഇപ്പോൾ ഉള്ള എല്ലാ അനധികൃതരെയും രാജ്യ ദ്രോഹികളായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുക, എന്നിട്ട് അവരെ നിർദാഷിണ്യം നാട് കടത്തുക. എന്നിട്ട് എല്ലാ രീതിയിലും അവരെയും അവരുടെ രാജ്യത്തെയും കരിമ്പട്ടികയിൽ പെടുത്തുക.അതിനു എത്ര പൈസ ചിലവായാലും എത്ര manpower വേണ്ടി വന്നാലും അത് അധികമാവില്ല. എല്ലാ രാജ്യങ്ങളും അവരവരുടെ അതിർത്തികൾ അങ്ങനെ തന്നെയാണ് സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്. ഇന്ത്യയുടെ border ആരെങ്കിലും cross ചെയ്താൽ ആ സെക്കൻഡിൽ BSF അവരെ വെടി വച്ചു വീഴ്ത്തും. ചോദ്യവും പറച്ചിലും പിന്നേയുള്ളൂ. Humanitarian എലമെന്റ്സ് ഒക്കെ ഒരു രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ നിയമത്തെ വെല്ലു വിളിക്കുന്നവർക്കുള്ളതല്ല. അനധികൃതരെ ഭീകരരായി treat ചെയ്യുക. അല്ലാതെ, അപ്പോൾ പിന്നെ നമ്മുടെ പുല്ല് ആര് വെട്ടും, ആപ്പിൾ തോട്ടങ്ങളിലെ orange ആര് പറിക്കും, ഫ്ലോറിഡായിലെ കൃഷിയിടങ്ങളിൽ ആരു തൈകൾ നടും എന്നൊക്കെയുള്ള മുട്ടാപ്പോക്കു ചിന്തകൾ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുക. ഏതായാലും ഈ രാജ്യത്തേക്ക് കുടിയേറാനുള്ള നിയമനുസൃത വഴികൾ തുറന്നു കിടപ്പുണ്ടല്ലോ. There are lots people who are in this category. I expected responses that make sense. If you do not qualify, find someone else to fight with.
