China managed to have one of the greatest military today, using the surplus money from the trade with USA. Trade deficit pulls our economy down significantly. Higher tariff with our trading partners is the only tool available to our President. Donald Trump is our only President dared to use higher tariff for the betterment of our country.

President Trump used tariff to bring down the trade deficit at the cost of Americans. The prices of essentials went up and are still going up. Price gouging beyond the tariffs is unchecked. Ordinary Americans suffer.

My request to Regis is to explain with resource link to establish his assertion that trade surplus is THE measure of economic growth. My apology for using the word deficit in the place of surplus. (It’s inconceivable that majority of Americans have to tighten their belt to pave the way for economic growth. America didn’t have to in the past). There is not a dull moment in politics. It is a universal phenomenon. Everyone wants to be heard. In that process, we see stupidity more often than not. Pointing fingers at others is a common theme. While doing so, they don’t think that they are part of the problem. Their confidence stems from the belief that most people are ignorant, and hence they can shove their way into our throats. Most politicians are very low in their academic ladder. However, they seize the opportunity to conquer people's hearts and minds. Today, most people are well informed about what is happening around us. So people make their decisions only after taking a second glance. There are exceptions. Nobody can correct these people because of their stubbornness. They still think the rabbit has horns rather than ears. Back to politics, those people who are in the “ smart” category know who are smart politicians are and the other. After a long time, I have seen a brave man who is willing to take challenges head-on. This person thinks very differently and smartly. Those who cannot understand his strategies start criticizing the moment they hear the word Trump. These are the people who look for rope when they hear about the bull giving birth to the triplets. Can you identify some in our society? Yes, there are such people, whether we like them or not. Let us look at some facts. There were indeed several youngsters who died by using the readily available drugs that sometimes assume the shape of innocent items. Curiosity killed many of them unnecessarily. These youngsters may be stupid at times, but there are stories that tell us of their turning around and becoming productive and successful citizens. As a leader, it is his responsibility to stop the flow of such illegal drugs into this country. I do not see anything wrong with that approach. Can you think of someone who opposes this idea? Yes, you guessed it right, the name Trump appears. These young victims are not any different than us. Growing up, we all thought that we were invincible. Failure was not in our vocabulary. The next fact in this country is that we have a lot of people without proper credentials. There is no point in blaming President Biden for this calamity. Doing so is like beating a dead horse. We are better than that. From a humanitarian point of view, I have expressed my views on this topic. Whether it will see any daylight is up in the air. But it is a serious problem. Taking care of it earlier rather than later is the most desirable thing. They cannot survive in this country without any assistance from someone. That “someone” was our own government, with our own taxpayers’ money. Most of their actions were under our noses. Flying to different parts of the country, at night, allowing stipends for survival, and providing room and board all happened within the last few years. We know that all of us need healthcare. While most of us worked hard here and earned the opportunity to have healthcare. The Democrats made the healthcare issue a talking point recently. They are afraid to point out who the recipients are because that would include the people they let in this country without proper vetting. So, the fight goes on. What a shame! This country has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the leader, President Trump, cannot implement his policies because there are a lot of judges who think that they are superior to the President. But they are not. So the roadblocks continue. Recently, there have been a lot of notices about Venezuela. The present leader there reminds me of the leader of Iraq, Saddam Hussein. At one point, most of us thought he was a genuine leader with his gun-wielding pictures all across Iraq. His story ends when he was captured from his hiding place. This is the story of many “so-called “ leaders around the world. I hope the time will come sooner that President Trump's vision for the country and the world in general will materialize sooner rather than later. All the Democrats need to do is to work with the Trump administration to make this country regain its glory. Someone among Democrats with smart ideas can soon emerge and achieve this dream. Trade deficit will go high when our manufacturing industry goes down. When our manufacturing industry goes down, our total federal debt goes up and up. Total federal deficit in year 2000 was about $ 5.5 trillion and today it is about $38 trillion. Interest payment on our debt alone this year will be $ One trillion. This interest payment is the third highest payment of our Govt, after Social Security and Medicare. This interest payment is more than our defense budget. If an individual has about $ 70,000 income and spend $90,000 every year, that individual will have to file for bankruptcy soon. Our federal govt is moving in that direction. Federal Govt has to manage the trade deficit first which will eventually help to manage federal debt.
