I am Prof Mathew Thomas Prof of Medicine from Trivandrum. We have been very close friends from 1965. I and my family are members of St Thomas Marthoma Church Pattoor Trivandrum Kerala. We are proud to say that Johny was very much interested in Christian music and he was a founder member of Santhomes choir of Pattoor Marthoma Church. He was also the Choir master and Keyboard player of the Santhomes choir. All the members of the Santhomes choir and their families are very sad to hear about the demise of Johny. All of us send our condolences and payer to the members of his family. May God give them peace in their hearts. May his soul rest in peace of our lord and saviour Jesus Christ.

We, the members of the Santhomes choir, St. Thomas Mar Thoma Church, Pattoor, Trivandrum always remember Dr. John Abraham (our Johnichayan) as our first choir master, who put an active and sincere roll in the formation of a new organised choir in 1965, for leading the songs for worship. We are glad to note that we are still following the same path as he planned. His sudden demise saddened all of us. We convey our heartfelt condolences and prayers. May the good Lord bestow His abundant blessings to the family and comfort them.

Dr.John Abraham's demise is saddened by me. My heart felt condlences to the family.He was my late husband Dr.KM George's class mate in school as well as in Trivandrum Medical colege .May his soul rest in peace.
