The English Novel written by Andrew Pappachen, RAYS OF LIGHT FROM THE DARKNESS OF A PRISON CELL was released yesterday by Mr. Tom Braden, Mayor of Montville Township, New Jersey where Andrew and his family lives. Standing with him is his wife Somnin, daughter Simmy and son Kevin. The officials of the World Malayalee Council along with many of his friends and neighbors participated in the event. The Mayor said that Andrew is a good Citizen of Montville and that he was appointed the Environmental Commission two years ago. He said that his books provides insight into how the personality of a person is molded by parents and the surroundings where a person lives. The story is about such a person who became a criminal and ended up in jail. But he could see light while in Jail learning about various religions of the World and their teachings.
