PYCD celebrating its 31st anniversary March 23rd, 2012
Dallas: The Pentecostal Youth Conference of Dallas (PYCD) will be celebrating its 31st anniversary. The festivities will start off with the inauguration meeting on 23rd and 24th of March 2012. PYCD president Rev. Biju Thomas will deliver the inaugural address. Rev. Dustin Bates of ‘The Harvest Church ‘, he also serves as Senior Associate Pastor, Pastor of Student Ministry, Director of MVMNT Internship. The Inauguration meeting will be hosted at Philadelphia Pentecostal Church of Dallas, 2915 Broadway Blvd, Garland, Texas 75041.
PYCD is an organization born about 31 years ago with the very idea of providing a forum for the Malayalee Pentecostal youths of the city of Dallas to come together and cherish their faith, heritage and culture. PYCD is a good forum for our young people to cherish our faith in the Malayalee cultural settings. This is very important because we live in a society where the moral standards are going down and family structure is falling apart. Today this association has grown to 35 member churches and 3 outstations. Its comprised of different Pentecostal denominations and independent churches.
On January 29th 2012, the new PYCD officials were selected.
