In a recent meeting with H.E. Dr. Vidhu P. Nair, (IFS), the Charge d’ Affaires of Indian Embassy in Kuwait, the Patrons & Executive Members of Indo-Kuwait Friendship Society (www.indo-kuwaitfriendshipsociety.com)  has submitted a nomination letter requesting H.E. Vidhu P. Nairji to recommend Muzammil Mullick, a prominent Indian Industrialist and Patron of IKFS to honoring him with  India’s 4th Prestigious award “Padma Shri”.

Muzammil Mullick, as being a successful  NRI Industrialist, who hails from Calcutta (India) and settled in Kuwait is a renowned Industrialist and businessman . His  firm,  M/s. Al Kulaib International Trading Company (http://www.kulaib-int.com),  is a private Kuwait based company, established in 1973, is specialized in construction and maintenance fields of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation works for the Oil, Power, Water and Petrochemical sectors.  Al-Kulaib’s team strengths are based on highly motivated management and execution staff with huge quantities of infrastructure equipments and also, provides technical services and become as one of the leading pioneers in the field of mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation and technical support service. Dr. Ghalib Al-Mashoor, President of IKFS and Patrons Dr. Biswaroop Choudhury, Sayid Nasir Thangal, Dr. Abdul Razzak Rumane also requested H.E. Dr. Vidhuji to send Indian Embassy’s recommendation from a  prospective base that his firm is employing majority of fellow Indians from the company’s  2000 strong work force located in Kuwait and  GCC countries.

In June, this year, IKFS has requested H.E. Satish Mehtaji, Ambassador of India to Kuwait when its Patron Sami Bubere, (a leading Scribe & Chairman of Sahyog Society, Mumbai), visited Indian Embassy to consider Muzammil Malik’s name  for the nomination of “Padma Shri” award and to  recommend strongly. Copies of the Nomination letter has been forwarded also  to H.E. S.M. Krishna, External Affairs Minister, H.E. E. Ahamed, Minister of State (EA). IKFS said in a press release.
