ഡാമുകൾ തുറന്നുവിട്ട് ഇനിയും പ്രളയങ്ങൾ സൃഷ്ടിക്കണമോ: പദ്മകുമാരി

വർഷം തോറും ആവർത്തിച്ചെത്തുന്ന പ്രളയങ്ങൾ ഇന്ന് നമുക്ക് ശീലമായിരിക്കുന്നു . ഒപ്പം ഡാമുകൾ തുറന്നു വിട്ടും നാട്ടിലാകെ വർഷംതോറും പ്രളയമുണ്ടാക്കുന്നു. ഡാമുകൾ തുറന്നു വിട്ട് ജനത്തിന്റെ ജീവനും വസ്തുവകകൾക്കും നാശമുണ്ടാക്കുന്ന രീതി എങ്ങനെ തടയാമെന്ന് ചിന്തിക്കേണ്ട കാലം അതിക്രമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നുവെന്നാണ് നിലവിലെ സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ വിരൽ ചൂണ്ടുന്നത്. ഡാമുകൾ എന്തിനു വേണ്ടിയാണുണ്ടാക്കിയത്? ആളുകളെ മുക്കിക്കൊല്ലാനല്ലല്ലോ! ഒന്നുകിൽ കാർഷികാവശ്യങ്ങൾക്ക് വെള്ളമെത്തിക്കുന്നതിന് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വൈദ്യുതി ഉല്പാദനത്തിന്. ഇതു രണ്ടും കൃത്യമായി നടക്കുന്നെങ്കിൽ ഡാമിൽ വെള്ളം കെട്ടി നില്ക്കത്തില്ല.

ഒഴുകി വരുന്ന മുഴുവൻ വെള്ളവും ഒട്ടും നഷ്ടമാവാതെ ഡാമുകളിൽ ശേഖരിയ്ക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. മഴയ്ക്കു മുമ്പേ തന്നെ ഡാം ഏകദേശം വെള്ളം നിറഞ്ഞു കിടക്കുന്നു. മിക്കവാറും എല്ലാ ഡാമുകളും ഇത്തരത്തിൽ കാണുന്ന സമയത്തു് മഴ കൂടിയാവുമ്പോൾ അതു തുറന്നു വിടുകയല്ലാതെ മറ്റെന്തു വഴി. ? വൈദ്യുതി ഉല്പാദനം കൃത്യമായി നടക്കുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഡാമിൽ വെള്ളം കൂടില്ല. മിക്കവാറും ഡാമുകളുടേയും വൈദ്യുതി ഉല്പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ക്ഷമത നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് കിടക്കുന്നവയാണ്. അവയിൽ സംഭരിയ്ക്കുന്ന വെള്ളം ഒരിക്കലും ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നില്ല. പകരം കറന്റ് വില കൊടുത്തു .വാങ്ങുകയാണിവിടെ. അതിന്റെ കമ്മീഷൻ വേറെയുമുണ്ടല്ലോ! എത്ര യൂണിറ്റു വേണമെന്നറിയിച്ചാൽ മാത്രം മതി. പ്രൈവറ്റ് ഫീൽഡിൽ നിന്നും കോർപറേറ്റു മുതലാളിമാർ Current നല്കുന്നു. വില കൂടിയാൽ ജനം ആണല്ലോ നൽകേണ്ടത്. അവിടെയും അശാസ്ത്രീയമായ ബില്ലിംഗ് നടത്തുന്നതിലൂടെ സർക്കാർ ജനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു കാശുണ്ടാക്കുന്നു. ഓരോ മാസവും ബിൽ കൊടുക്കാതെ രണ്ടു മാസത്തിലൊരിക്കൽ ആവുമ്പോൾ ജനം തുക ഇരട്ടിയാണടയ്ക്കുന്നതു്.

വർഷം തോറും ഡാമുകളിൽ സംഭരിക്കുന്ന വെള്ളം ഉപയോഗിക്കാതെ കെട്ടി നിൽക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് പെയ്യുന്ന വെള്ളം കൂടിയാവുമ്പോൾ ഡാമുകൾ തുറന്നു വിട്ട് നാട്ടിൽ പ്രളയഭീതിയുണ്ടാക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്നത്.

അങ്ങനെ കുത്തിയൊഴുകിവരുന്ന ഡാമിലെ വെള്ളപ്പാച്ചിലാണ് ഉരുൾപൊട്ടലും, മലയിടിച്ചിലും മറ്റും തുടർക്കഥയാക്കുന്നതു്. അടിസ്ഥാന കാരണമറിയാതെ ഇലയിൽ വളപ്രയോഗം നടത്തുന്നതുപോലെ ഓരോ വർഷവും പ്രതിവിധി ചെയ്യുന്നതു കൊണ്ടെന്തു ഫലം? ഡാമിലെ ശേഖരിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന വെള്ളം ഉപയോഗിച്ചു തീർക്കുക!

വൃഷ്ടിപ്രദേശത്തു് നാലു ദിവസം തുടർച്ചയായി മഴ ചെയ്യുമെന്നു കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ എന്തു കൊണ്ട് DAM MANAGEMENT പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നില്ല ? ആറ്റിൽ എക്കലും ചെളിയും നിറഞ്ഞു കിടക്കുകയാണ്. പരന്നൊഴുകുന്ന ആറ്റിൽ മഴ വെള്ളവും ഡാമിലെ വെള്ളവും ചേർന്ന് പരിസരമാകെ പടർന്നൊഴുകുന്ന കാഴ്ചയാണിന്ന്. വെള്ളത്തിന് വഴി കിട്ടാതെ പറ്റില്ല. ചെളിയും മണ്ണും വാരി മാറ്റി നദികൾ വൃത്തിയാക്കുകയും മഴക്കാലത്തിനു വേണ്ടി തയ്യാറെടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതല്ലേ? Water Management ഇവിടെ എന്താണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്? 2018 ൽ ഡച്ചു മാനേജ്മെന്റ് പദ്ധതി നടപ്പാക്കുമെന്നു പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നതു് എവിടെയായി? എന്തു കൊണ്ടാണിത്തരം അടിസ്ഥാന പ്രശ്നങ്ങളൊന്നും ചർച്ച ചെയ്യാതെ വീടുകളും ആളുകളുo ഒഴുകിപ്പോയാൽ പിന്നീടെന്തു ചെയ്യണമെന്നു മാത്രം ആലോചിക്കുന്നത് ? നമ്മുടെ നാട്ടിൽ ഇങ്ങനെ എല്ലാ വർഷവും എന്തുകൊണ്ട് ഇത്തരം സ്വയംകൃതാനർത്ഥങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നു ? ദയവായി സർക്കാരിന്റെ ശ്രദ്ധ ഇക്കാര്യത്തിലുണ്ടാവട്ടെ

Good and noteworthy points , pointing to the mystery as to why such seemingly obvious truths and steps are missed - likely an effect of the 'bonds and blockages ' - of the spiritual kind .. Yet , it is a miracle too that our land is spared from worse calamities when we see for how long it has also been polluted by the shedding of innocent blood , an evil that cuts across all sectors , even among those who ought to know better ...The traces of the bodies and blood of the little ones that end up through the rain waters and rivers into the oceans where in form the weather patterns that bring the storms .. The little ones , often unnamed .. whereas the storms get names - may the departed unborn be given the dignity of names and entrusted to The Lord and His Mercy and may their holy angels who behold The Face of The Father bring the love and prayers of the families to The Father , to bring peace all around - peace that needs justice , a justice in the priceless Price of The Precious Blood and the tears of The Mother , to also lead to the truth in the hearts of the parents and the culture of the awareness of the nature of the evil and its price ..once such happens , the wisdom to heal the land would be there ..
