FBI Reports: FBI agents scrolling through the cellphone of a San Diego man arrested on weapons charges stumbled onto a violent extremist group and a Georgia sheriff’s deputy at its center, federal authorities said, the San Diego Union-Tribune reports. The group, which calls itself “Shadow Moses,” communicated via text message about a theoretical civil war, militia training, weapons manufacturing and explosives, the news outlet reported, citing an FBI affidavit. The affidavit states that “then-Wilkinson County sheriff’s Deputy Cody Griggers stood out as a group member who rationalized violence with rhetoric steeped in White supremacist and far-right ideology.” The beating of a Black theft suspect was “sweet stress relief,” Griggers, 28, allegedly bragged in one text, according to court records. Charging Black people “with whatever felonies I can to take away their ability to vote” was in his opinion “a sign of beautiful things to come,” read another message. The case was prosecuted on weapons violations, the report noted. The San Diego man, Grey Zamudio, 33, pleaded guilty in December, and Griggers did the same earlier this week.

What did Trump do? According to former Trump Organization executive Michael Cohen, the Trump Organization has maintained two sets of books when it comes to the company's finances. One depicts a rosy financial portrait, with inflated property valuations, for favorable loan and insurance rates; another shows great debts and low property valuations, Cohen has said, in order to pay little or nothing in taxes. Prosecutors in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office and New York state Attorney General's office appear to be examining whether Trump, the Trump Organization, or company executives broke state tax laws by misrepresenting the company's finances. The offices are working with each other, and the precise scope of each investigation remains unclear - for example, Vance also may be examining whether Trump broke campaign finance laws when he asked Cohen to pay porn star Stormy Daniels with Trump Organization funds to keep quiet about their alleged affair. Jennifer Weisselberg, a cooperating witness in both investigations, has told Insider that Trump kept a grip on his executives' lives by giving them elaborate perks, like paying for apartments and their kids' tuition, to ensure their loyalty. Those perks also may have run afoul of tax laws.

Telling supporters to 'fight like hell' ahead of the Capitol riot- What did Trump do? Ahead of the insurrection at the US Capitol on January 6, Trump held a rally where he urged his supporters to "fight like hell" and "show strength" in reaction to members of Congress certifying the 2020 election results. He told his supporters they were "allowed to go by very different rules" based on the false premise that the election was rigged. Trump's speech led to his second impeachment in the House of Representatives, but 57 US senators voted to convict him, short of the two-thirds majority threshold needed.

Double standard again. Same words were used by the democrats before. Some of them are in the white house. Do we need any more proof for the double standard? Wake up and see with clear conscience. Watch the "SIMSON" cartoons for more brain refreshments. :) :)) :)))

RICO: former prosecutors and defense attorneys believe that Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. could be exploring the possibility of arguing that Trump‘s entire business empire was a corrupt enterprise under a New York law known as “little RICO,” which was modeled after the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, originally used to crack down on the mafia. “I’m sure they’re thinking about that,” longtime Manhattan defense attorney Robert Anello told reporters Josh Gerstein and Betsy Woodruff Swan. “No self-respecting state white-collar prosecutor would forgo considering the enterprise corruption charge.” The state law can be used with proof of as few as three crimes involving a business or other enterprise and carries a minimum mandatory sentence of one to three years—and a maximum term of up to 25. “It’s a very serious crime,” said Michael Shapiro, a defense attorney who used to prosecute corruption cases in New York. “Certainly, there are plenty of things an organization or business could do to run afoul of enterprise corruption, if they’re all done with the purpose of enhancing the revenue of the enterprise illegally…it’s an umbrella everything else fits under.”

As Manhattan DA and NY attorney general are getting ready to indict Trump, =there is speculation that Trump is making an escape tunnel to Mexico from Mar a Lago. There is a report that his tunnel intersected with another Mexican Tunnel through which Mexicans are trying to get into the USA. What an irony!
