More Than 75 Plaintiffs Hit Trump With $1 Trillion Lawsuit Over COVID-19 Death Toll In The US. Trump’s incompetence has not only resulted in a massive COVID-19 death toll, but it also led to a $1 trillion lawsuit against him.
According to NewJersey.com the lawsuit was filed by Arnett Thomas along with more than 75 co-plaintiffs.
“The former president literally became the very domestic enemy to the Constitution he swore to defend,” Thomas wrote in his lawsuit.
“The point of all of this is how Trump dealt with the pandemic. He drove people to dying,” Thomas said, who is seeking $1 trillion from Trump as a punishment for the nearly 570,000 deaths in America. He is also suing for the “ancillary economic and psychological problems for many others who lost jobs or fell into a deep depression from too much home confinement,” according to NewJersey.com.
Thomas wrote the lawsuit himself without the help of an attorney, and he’s looking for one to take on his case.
“It’s not exactly the sort of game plan that usually succeeds in the heady atmosphere of a federal courtroom — or, for that matter, even in the more pedestrian setting of a local traffic court,” writes NewJersey.com’s Mike Kelly. “But Thomas’ legal crusade is significant nonetheless. It reflects the deep-seeded anger at Trump’s behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic — especially in Thomas’ African-American community in Orange and Newark.”
One of the lawsuit’s co-plaintiffs, 21-year-old Kyani Robinson, says that everything Trump has done since being president “has been really shady and all backwards and messed up.”
“Trump allowed the disease to spread,” Thomas added. “What he did was politically motivated. If Trump would have handled this pandemic in a proper way he would have been elected [again]. Trump got kicked out because of the way he handled it.”

GREAT NEWS FINALLY
1-Biden Expels Russian Diplomats, Slaps Sanctions On Kremlin Over Election Interference And Cyber Hacks: President Joe Biden on Thursday sent a clear signal to Russian leader Vladimir Putin that the days of tolerating Russian aggression are over by imposing new sanctions on Russia and expelled diplomatic personnel in response to election interference and cyber hacks by the country.
In a news release, the White House said that “President Biden signed a new sanctions executive order that provides strengthened authorities to demonstrate the Administration’s resolve in responding to and deterring the full scope of Russia’s harmful foreign activities.”
The Russian diplomats who are being expelled are based in Washington, DC, and New York, and they will have 30 days to leave the country, according to CNN. New financial restrictions will be put in place, which could hurt Russia’s economy, National security adviser Jake Sullivan told CNN’s John Berman on “New Day.”

Kerala is a hot spot now with the highest % of kidney failure, liver problems, waste line obesity & Cancer of several types & especially breast cancer. WHO had several research/data collection projects. These are their findings which might help all.
Keralites had abandoned the traditional Rice cultivation. and is eating the N.Indian corporate white rice & white wheat products which has no bran init. White rice, white wheat flour, Perotta, baking goods, salt, palm oils are the root cause. Replace them with Tapiyoka, Yarmas= കാച്ചില്, ചീനി കിഴങ്ങ്, Yutica= ചേമ്പ്, Coconut & olive oil. Milk is also a cause of Cancer. Milk has growth hormones for a baby's growth & adults don't need it. Instead use yoghurt, butter or ghee.

In a GOP meeting to discuss unity and message alignment going forward, attended by major donors and many GOP senators, Trump tore up his prepared “boring” speech and set the agenda going forward:
-The election was “stolen” from him.
-Mitch McConnell should have not permitted certification of the states official results.
-McConnell’s wife is a disgrace.
-Mike Pence is a coward.
-A list of his personal grievances.
Sound familiar? This is the strategy going forward. IMO we are witnessing the death of the GOP. Americans know better.
1-staffer of Alex Jones was indicted and arrested for taking part in the deadly insurrection.
2-Matt Gaetz will fall, and how many of the GOP he can take down with him.
3-Home Minister Amit Shah leading a road show in West Bengal on a day India recorded the highest number of deaths. Are we so blind that we cannot see this leadership does not treat the people of this country as humans but just prospective votes.

Eva Schloss, the 91-year-old friend & stepsister of Anne Frank and a Holocaust survivor herself, compared former President Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler.
trump released a statement Tuesday criticizing the Food and Drug Administration's recommendation to pause the use of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine, baselessly suggesting the decision was politically motivated.
"The results of this vaccine have been extraordinary, but now it's [sic] reputation will be permanently challenged," Trump said. He then floated, without any evidence, that the FDA may have been playing favorites. "[The FDA] should not be able to do such damage for possibly political reasons, or maybe because their friends at Pfizer have suggested it," he said. He also didn't lose an opportunity to bring up his favorite subject: his loss in the 2020 presidential election, which he has blamed on everyone from the Supreme Court to other Republican politicians to the pharmaceutical companies that worked with his administration to craft a vaccine. "Remember, it was the FDA working with Pfizer, who announced the vaccine approval two days after the 2020 presidential election," he said in his Tuesday statement.
He then finished off the statement by boasting about vaccine development under his administration, and called for the Johnson & Johnson shot to be back in action quickly.
NEWS IN BRIEF
1-Proud Boy Begs Judge Not To Send Him To Jail Because He’s Afraid He’ll Get Beat Up. 30-year-old Ethan Nordean’s lawyers are asking a federal judge not to send their client to jail because rioters that participated in the January 6 insurrection are reportedly being abused behind bars, according to Law&Crime.
2-Interesting how quickly they were able to mobilize hundreds of cops in Brooklyn Center when they knew that Black folks were going to be out, but could only muster a fraction of that for the January 6th white riot at the Capitol.Over 1,000 National Guard troops were deployed to protect officers in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota after one of their own murdered Daunte Wright faster than when white supremacist terrorists were attacking US Capitol. Do you see it?
yle Rittenhouse literally walked past a bunch of cops with the rifle he used to kill 2 people, and made it to the police station safe and sound.
3-Over 100 Corporate Leaders Mull Freezing Donations To GOP Over Voting Restriction Laws.
4-Officer Kim Potter has resigned from her job after killing Daunte Wright.
NOW PROSECUTE HER. Resigned means she murdered Daunte, lied about not knowing she had a gun in her hand with 20+ years experience and training with said gun and now keeps her benefits, pension and her freedom?
MAGA Rioter Jailed For Assaulting Officers Asks Judge To Let Him Free Because He is The Victim. A Trump supporter who was arrested and charged for allegedly assaulting police officers during the January 6 attack on the US Capitol, wants a judge to let him out of jail – claiming it was actually the police who assaulted him. But videos and images obtained by prosecutors, along with multiple officers’ sworn statements tell a much different story.
An attorney representing Maryland resident and accused MAGA rioter Daniel Egtvedt claimed that her client was “violently assaulted by police officers, not once, but twice” during the Trump-inciting insurrection, local CBS affiliate WUSA 9 reported.
Egtvedt alleges that was “pushed down by at least nine different police officers” and that “his head ricocheted off a marble column and he fell to the ground” where “he remained unconscious and motionless for several seconds, if not minutes.”
However, WUSA 9 reported that prosecutors countered that surveillance footage taken from the Capitol on January 6th shows that “at one point, as five officers attempted to hold him back, Egtvedt tried to charge at a police officer even as another DC Police officer tried to grab Egtvedt by his waist to stop him.”
Additionally, prosecutors said that Egtvedt was “incoherent” and “screaming at the top of his lungs” throughout his encounters with Capitol police.
“Prosecutors argue Egtvedt has mental health issues and would be unpredictable if released, noting the day before he was arrested Maryland State Police had to be called to the family’s home in Oakland because he was threatening to physically stop his brother from taking their elderly mother to get a COVID-19 vaccination,” the report states.
Egtvedt is charged with three felonies.
