Great to observe that many organizations are canceling the celebrations and sending money to Kerala. The right thing to do.
If you are born and brought-up in Kerala, for sure you may not celebrate Onam this year, your inner-feeling will not allow a celebration at this time of sufferings and pain. Let whatever big organization it may be, a malayalee’s conscience will be dead against a celebration. Point.
Organization’s executives, advisors, and conveners matters. Those leaders who still plan to celebrate, may have little or no relationship with Kerala as
they born either in Gulf Countries or in other Southern States. Just photo opportunists
will be trying to celebrate sneaky.
