പാര്‍ലമെന്റിന്റെ ഇരുസഭകളിലും മൂന്നില്‍ രണ്ട് ഭൂരിപക്ഷം കിട്ടിയാല്‍ ഇന്ത്യയെ ഹിന്ദുരാഷ്ട്രമാക്കാന്‍ ബിജെപി ശ്രമിക്കുമെന്ന്‌ ശശി തരൂര്‍ എംപി. ഭരണഘടനയെ തകര്‍ത്ത്‌ ഹിന്ദുരാഷ്ട്രം സൃഷ്ടിക്കാനാണ്‌ ബിജെപി ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത്‌.
2019 ലെ ലോക്‌സഭ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പില്‍ മോദി ഭരണത്തിന്‌ അറുതി വരുത്താന്‍ മതേതര
പാര്‍ട്ടികളുമായി കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ്‌ സഖ്യം രൂപീകരിക്കണം. സമാന ചിന്താഗതിയുള്ള ഇടതുപക്ഷ
പാര്‍ട്ടികളുമായും സഖ്യം വേണമെന്നാണ്‌ തന്റെ അഭിപ്രായമെന്നു ശശി തരൂര്‍
പറഞ്ഞു.
ബിജെപിക്ക്‌ ഇരുസഭകളിലും മൂന്നില്‍ രണ്ട് ഭൂരിപക്ഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം കശ്‌മീരിനു പ്രത്യേക പദവി നല്‍കുന്ന ഭരണഘടനയിലെ 370 ാം വകുപ്പ്‌ ഇല്ലതാകും. പിന്നെ സോഷ്യലിസം, മതേതരത്വം എന്നിവ ഭരണഘടനയില്‍ കാണുന്ന കാര്യം സംശയകരമാണെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
ആര്‍.എസ്‌.എസ്‌ നേതാവ്‌ കെ എന്‍ ഗോവിന്ദാചാര്യയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള ഭരണഘടനാ അവലോകന സമിതി ഹിന്ദു രാഷ്ട്രം എന്ന ആശയം നടപ്പാക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമം നടത്തുകയാണ്‌. അവരുടെ യഥാര്‍ത്ഥ അജണ്ട പൂര്‍ണ്ണമായി നടപ്പാക്കുന്നതിന്‌ ഇരുസഭകളിലും മൂന്നില്‍ രണ്ട് ഭൂരിപക്ഷം ആവശ്യമാണ്‌. അത് കിട്ടിയാല്‍ പിന്നീട്‌ ഭരണഘടന അപകടത്തിലാകും. മാത്രമല്ല മതസ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം, ആരാധന സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം
എന്നിവ ഇല്ലാത്ത ഭരണഘടന ബിജെപി സൃഷ്ടിക്കുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്‍ത്തു.

Not at all ! Secularism being declared as one of the basic structures of the indian constitution , no parliament, no authority ,no government can amend the basic structures of the Indian constitution .

No authorities ( including the supreme court of India) can amend/change the basic structures of the Indian constitution ! According to the Indian constitution ,it is undemocratic,unconstitutional and unparliamentary to amend the basic structures of the Indian constitution.Kindly refer the basic structures of the Indian constitution.

ഹിന്ദുസ്ഥാൻ എന്നാണു. എന്നുവച്ചാൽ
ഹിന്ദുക്കളുടെ ഭൂമി. ഇന്ത്യയെ ഹിന്ദു രാഷ്ട്രമാക്കണ്ട അത് ഹിന്ദുന്റെ ആണ്. ഈ ഡോക്ടർമാർക്ക്, നാരദർക്കും , അന്തപ്പനും, പിന്നെ പേരില്ലാത്ത പഹയന്മാർക്കും ഫൊക്കാന സുന്ദരിയെ ലൈൻ അടിക്കാൻ പൊയ്ക്കൂടേ. എന്തിനാണ് ഹിന്ദുന്റെ മെക്കട്ട് കെർണത്.
BJP can not do whatever they want whimsically as India has got a well defined and candidly structured constitution explaining what can be amended or what can not be amended. Islamic nation can do whatever they want as their nationalism based on communalism whereas India’s nationalism based on socialism and secularism ,not Hinduism .Words/ terms secular,socialist can not be removed(as basic structures of the constitution)from the Indian Constitution. Commuting recent unfortunate issues ,still india’s constitutionalism is the best in the world.
The judgment in Kesavananda Bharati v State of Kerala, was very relevant and great important in upholding the supremacy of the Constitution and preventing any authoritarian rule by a single party and also should read and connect this case with the importance of 42nd amendment of the Indian constitution.
